I'm not getting any bookings on the Oathello app.
Check that your status on the Map Screen does not say "Unavailable".
If your status does say "Unavailable", simply tap the word ""Unavailable" and you should start receiving notifications.
My status shows me as "Available" but I'm not getting any bookings.
To ensure you receive alerts from the Oathello platform, you will need to make sure that your device is able to receive them. This can be done by doing the following -
i) Tap the Settings icon on your device.
ii) Tap “Notifications” on the Settings screen.
iii) Make sure that all notifications and alerts are turned on as shown in the illustration.
I've already verified my ID, but when I log in to the app, the status at the top of the Map Screen says “Pending”.

The phone network is really poor and my device can't complete a booking.
The Oathello app is built in a way that allows a job to be completed without being connected to the phone network.
If you made a booking, then you don't have to do anything else.
If you accepted a booking, then exit the Booking Details screen and go back in. Tap the "Contact Booker" button at the bottom of the screen and then the "We've Met" button that appears.
You will then be able to complete the booking.
